Ideally located between Royan, Oléron Island and Rochefort, we are delighted to welcome you in to an authentic environment right next to the sea.

Our private residence is very typical of the Charente-Maritime region and used to be a wine estate dating from the 18th century. The rubble stone buildings (calcareous stones of our region) have the shape of a ‘U’, and in the middle you can find a silver linden.

You will be able to enjoy a calm environment where you can completely relax. The fine sandy beaches of the Atlantic are very nearby as well as oyster farming hotspots (Marennes Oléron oysters) and tourist spots for the family (La Rochelle Aquarium, La Palmyre Zoo…).

In the heart of Charente-Maritime, you will discover an important cultural heritage (Roman art, Way of St. James’ stage…) and maritime treasures (fortifications, lighthouses, Brouage the fortified citadel…), as well as nature reserves (ornithological parks, swamps,…). Nature lovers can hike on the dedicated trails, pathways and bike paths.

Our guest rooms are bright and decorated with care allowing you to rest and ignore the rest of the world. Cosy and spacious they have large wardrobes which are very useful for long stays. They also have bathrooms with a Roman shower and toilets in a separated room.

In order not to annoy Le Chat perché and his companions who reign over the Domaine, animals are not allowed in our guest rooms.
